This is one of the more expensive options. However, it has a lot of amazing features. It's designed as a side sleeper or standalone crib and is suitable for babies up to six months. It is easy to open and close the side panel using the new mechanism. It's also more flexible than its predecessor, with 11 different height levels and feet that retract to installation under any bed.
Our testers appreciated the ease of access provided by the side panel, which can be moved upwards and down with one push of a switch. This was a huge help during night time feeds because it meant they could reach into and pick up their baby without waking them.
The side panel can be removed on its own, but it's not recommended since it increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. However, the patented safety locking mechanism guarantees that it will only stay down when attached to the bed properly. It's a bit heavier than other side-sleepers however, it is easily moved from one area to another. It's also small enough to fit into a travel bag when not in use which is a bonus if you need to transport it. The only issue our testers found was that the side panel didn't move as much as the other models, making it slightly harder to observe your child from your own bed.
